Who we are

Omni-Play Software ("Omni-Play," "we") makes point-of-sale and venue-management software for indoor playgrounds and other family entertainment venues. This policy covers this website, omniplaysoftware.com, and the Omni-Play software that venues use. For questions, email info@omniplaysoftware.com.

Two roles: our own data and our venues' data

When you visit this site, ask for a demo, or sign up as a customer, Omni-Play decides how your information is used. When you visit a venue that runs on Omni-Play, that venue decides how your information is used, and we process it on the venue's behalf and under its instructions. For a venue's own practices, read that venue's privacy policy or contact the venue.

What we collect on this site

  • Demo and contact requests: your name, email address, and, when you provide them, your phone number, venue name, and message.
  • Customer sign-up: your business name, address, website, and contact details, the name and title of the person who signs, and the plan you choose. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit. It sets cookies and collects standard browser data, such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can block these cookies in your browser.

What venues store in Omni-Play

A venue using Omni-Play stores the information it needs to serve its guests: names and contact details, purchases and bookings, memberships, and signed waivers, which can include a child's name and date of birth entered by a parent or guardian. Each venue's data lives in its own database. We use it only to provide the service to that venue, and we don't sell it or use it to advertise to anyone.

The email we send

All of the email Omni-Play sends is transactional, which means it responds to something you did:

  • One reply confirming we received your demo or contact request.
  • Account email for venue staff: invitations, email verification, password resets, and security notices.
  • Email a venue sends through Omni-Play at a guest's request: receipts, booking confirmations, and waiver links.

We don't buy or rent email lists, and we don't add anyone to a mailing list. When a message bounces or the recipient marks it as spam, our email provider stops sending to that address automatically, and we review each case. To stop receiving email from us, reply to any message or write to info@omniplaysoftware.com.

Who helps us run the service

We share information only with the providers that run parts of the service for us:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting, databases, and sending email.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Google: our business email and website analytics.
  • Twilio: text messages, when a venue turns them on.

We also disclose information when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep demo and contact requests while we're talking with you, and we delete them when you ask. A venue's data stays in its account while the venue is a customer. After a venue cancels, it can export its data for 30 days, and then we permanently delete it.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest and keep each venue's data in its own database. Read more on our security page.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email info@omniplaysoftware.com. If your information belongs to a venue's account, we'll pass your request to that venue, which decides how to respond.

Children

This site isn't for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children through it. Information about a child reaches Omni-Play only when a parent, guardian, or venue enters it, for example on a waiver.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
