Omni-Play didn’t start as a slide deck. It started at a front desk on a busy Saturday — and it’s still tested there every day.
Why we built it
The Sand Place is a 40-ton indoor sand playground in Aurora, CO. Like every play venue, it opened on a stack of software that was never meant for it — a generic retail register, a clunky booking add-on, a separate waiver service, and a spreadsheet holding the rest together. Nothing reconciled, and nothing helped the business grow.
So we built the system we wished existed: one platform where running the front desk and growing the bottom line are the same tool. Sibling pricing, timed sessions, deposit-backed parties, and memberships aren’t plugins we bolted on — they’re the core, because they’re the business.
